米国のUVB機器メーカー（Ultraviolet Pure社）より、注意喚起の情報が届きました。

It was recently brought to our attention by a new client that it would

be ill advised to combine Ringer’s Lactate, Heparin and blood.   With

saline unavailable, our doctor thought that he would substitute with

Ringer’s lactate.  After one and a half treatments he immediately

stopped the process which was making him ill.  Apparently he did a

little research and found out that the combination of all three

products is not recommended.

 

（意訳：血液を採取後、その血液を生食＋抗凝固剤にまぜ、滴下する方法（シリンジを使わない方法です）の際、生食ではなく乳化リンゲル液を使用したため、気分不快が出た）

日本酸化療法医学会の先生方には、
ドイツで行われている方法である、血液は希釈せず、シリンジ又はボトルによる施術法を講習にて教授させていただいております。

そのため、当該メーカーからの指摘には該当いたしませんが、 注意喚起のために情報共有させていただきました。
